WebUse the Default profile in Radeon Settings which should disable all extra driver settings. Make sure that Vsync is set to off in driver. In game, check if there isn't any FPS limiter set, disabled Vsync also. Use Afterburner to get the FPS values and check the Gpu and cpu Utilization. Had an issue with afterburner.
