You should bring your own fluid, the dealership will probably only have OEM DOT3 fluid and you'll want a DOT4 fluid with a higher temp rating for track use. I personally use Motul600 RBF but I've seen others use Castrol SRF or ATE Super Blue.

Last summer I drained it and swap to amsoil trans fluid and the grind comes back same day. However amsoil trans fluid seems to break down after 1 track day... Oil change frequencies as well as weight can also be dependent on driving style (ie. are you a daily commuter -- all freeway or stop and go city, or just drive just on weekends or track use).
